Executors Resource is a Texas law firm with a guided probate system. Our system builds your court documents from your answers, and a Texas attorney reviews them, files them, and goes to court with you. Total fees start at $895, plus court costs.
The platform fee covers the guided system, our Texas court templates, document generation, the portal, and the probate specialist hours listed for your service. The attorney fee covers the attorney’s review of your documents, filing, and appearance at your hearing.
Court costs and any attorney ad litem fee the court orders are separate, and you choose how to pay them: directly, or through us at cost, with no markup.
Every engagement starts with a 3-business-day evaluation period. During those days, either of us can end the engagement for any reason, and we refund your platform fee, less any court filing fees or other costs already paid.
